Just wanted to tell you again thanks for the great system!  It is such AWESOMENESS!  We turn it on each night when we get home.  My 7 year old chose ‘summer hits of the 80s’ from my phone, then proceeded to turn it way up.  When I asked him to turn it down, he looked at me and said, “If it’s too loud, you’re too old”! 

We love the room! It is exactly what the photo shows and that was exactly what we wanted! Very happy with the theater.  You really transformed that space. Thank you!  

We have gotten a lot of use out of the theater. (We hardly spend any time watching the t.v. in our living room. It really is awesome.... So far, no technical issues. Our client calls us on Monday morning with bad news.  His 30 day old projector in his dedicated theater is flickering and unwatchable.  Even worse, this is 6 days before the super bowl. We immediately jumped on it, contacted our rep and manufacturer. By Tuesday a brand new, advanced replacement was on its way.  Thursday the projector arrived and began 24 hour bench test.  We also contacted the client and set up a Friday install. Friday - projector tested, packed up and on van.  On lunch break from previously scheduled install our techs stop by and install new projector. I was looking for someone who could handle programming a crestron system without having to come to my home.  We are a couple states away but Smarthome was able to work with my techs via the phone and email and provide programming for my Crestron system.  That took patience and communication and Smarthome pulled it off well.  Thank you guys.
