The products Smarthome installed were amazing, but they were especially effective at improving our quality of life through the knowledge and preparation of the team that really wanted to understand how we were going to optimally use everything, what our day-to-day life was like, and by addressing any concerns that we had upfront. This made programming everything very practical, and it allows us to really enjoy our home and property much more than we ever imagined.

Specifically, the sound system with lots of different zones across our pool and pool house, our wellness center, our main home, as well as across the 50+ acres of our property outside, allowed many folks to enjoy music when they were doing their own thing across many different zones. The same can be said for the lighting, which was really astounding that we could control so much of the property's mood through lighting at the touch of a button on our phones, and by being able to program specific scenes during the day, first thing in the morning, for entertaining, or for when we wanted a very zen feeling.

The mood and enjoyment of our estate was really influenced by the lighting as well as the music mentioned earlier, not to mention that we could control grow lights to ensure our considerable indoor plants, trees, and live walls were thriving.

Additionally, the camera system and security system were incredible. We have cameras all over the property in very strategic places that allow us to monitor not only to keep us safe, but to avoid potential problems with equipment or flooding in different utility rooms, to be able to see deliveries as they’re coming, all coordinated with our front gate. So, we have excellent control over our environment that makes it very, very easy to navigate a very large, complex property at the touch of a button.

The TVs, associated home theater sound, and practical programming, in addition to an internet system across countless acres and buildings, made accessibility simple. Furthermore, the products again were amazing, but they were made better by the team, which was always available to ensure that things were programmed properly and that we had mastery of how to use everything most effectively.

Working with Jared’s team was a bright spot over the course of our three-year build. They went through great pains to prepare and anticipate our needs, understand what we were concerned about, and potential problems we might encounter, and then mitigated such issues through their own creative solutions.

If we did not fully understand the capabilities of our system, they made everything effortless, programming all of the products to interconnect and work incredibly well, given our needs.
