We have used SmartHome for years, performing both audio/video and networking installations. Jared and his team consistently exemplify the highest levels of technical expertise and customer service.

That's a misnomer-it wasn't a sales presentation at all; it was a consultation to understand our needs and solve our problems. And it was very effective. Jared assessed our living space and understood what we wanted to achieve in more effectively networking our home and my home office. Then he clearly presented his recommendation. And when I asked if we needed more powerful equipment or additional hardware, he explained how we could easily expand in the future-but he sold us only what we needed-and he was perfectly right! By future-proofing the installation rather than over-selling now, Jared and SmartHome delivered the perfect solution and saved me money.

I can't say enough good things about the installation process. The team arrived on time, finished early, and treated my home as if it were their own. They were patient, and stayed long enough to let me reset the passwords and make sure I was comfortable that all of my devices were connected. And they were friendly and professional.

The work area was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. What more needs to be said?
