Relocating Clients

Of course, moving is always stressful, even if you’re just moving across town.

But moving to a new state or region is particularly hard. Everything changes. Even simple comforts that you take for granted, such as favorite foods in the grocery store, are often no longer available.

When our clients move and ask us to come along, we gladly accept!  We worked with this particular client for years and when they wanted to move to another state they asked if we would come to install everything they needed, so we packed up and went to NH!

Our installation was in 3 different rooms and the basement for the equipment. The living room installation included a TV, soundbar, reciever, speakers with surround sound, remote with dock, record player and equipment cabinet.  The 2 bedrooms we installed TV's, reciever, remote, speaker and equipment cabinet. In the basement we installed the rack that was mounted on the wall that will be the hub for all the systems.

What we love most about this is that the client was happy with our work here in CT and wanted to continue to use us in their new home in NH. We love that we get to continue our realtionship with this client and he won't have to go and find another company to help him.

If an issue arrises we can help him remotely from our office here in Milford and we will be happy to return to NH if needed. We were happy to be a part of this journey into their new home.

Make their lives easier.

The first thing you need to remember is that no matter how organized and calm your relocating clients appear to be, they are under great stress and they will appreciate your help to get through the transition.

We know what this particular client wanted from working in their previous home and they knew what to expect from us as a company.
